In another twisted case of bad reporting Jordan Fabian of The Hill newspaper attempted to paint Newt's endorsement of leftist Dede Scozzafava in New Yorks 23rd district as "breaking the mold". The article was written in such as way as to mis-inform the reader on who endorsed who first. This allowed the writer to paint Newt Gingriches endorsement of the lefty as a response to the conservatives he accuses of trying to "purge" the party.
My question is this, if Scuzzy had a 'D' after her name, would Newt support her? Or would he, if he had said anything, paint her as a wild-eyed liberal extremist?
If the answer is the latter, then that makes Newt nothing more than a party hack, a functionary.
The story had 5 comments when I left mine and now it has 12, but mine is not included. I guess they don't like it when you call out the reporters for their lies. 20 comments and mine are still not on it. Not a suprise.
