UK ruled from Brussels

Daniel Hannan MEP, says that 85% of Britain's laws are being made by the European Parliament and not in London. That should scare the Dickens out of folks in the UK but they probably just roll over and talk about a talent search or a Harry Potter book instead.

The UK is a province, not a country.
