Barack Obama's Big Magic Show

Stimulus Magic! Pulling numbers from a hat!

Mr. Awesome with his robe of stars and moons put on a smoke an mirrors show for his audience of press. He told them to watch his GDP numbers magically go up even as consumer and business spending has dropped, all based on government spending borrowed dollars.

The audience was not so impressed.

Then he puts his hat on the dais and tells them that he has saved or created 500,000... no 650,000.... no (Rahm Emmanuel whispers, bigger numbers might impress them) 1 million jobs! That is right we have saved or created a million jobs with the stimulus package, just as long as nobody tries to actually find these jobs of course.

Even the leftwing, willingly gullible media are finding this one hard to swallow. Nothing but a big fraud being carried out by the federal government.

Too Silent, Too long, So long!!

Newt, Rudy, Huck, Mitt, Issa, Pence and others who are silent or jump from lefty to righty based on who looks likely to win might be nominally on our side but they are not leaders and they are not doers.

If it had been up to them none of us would be talking about Hoffman being able to win this thing. They didn't have a first thought or reaction to back the conservative, they followed what they thought was popular on the side they claim to be on.

We need people who are conservative first. We need people who don't have to think about what they believe and who do not change their opinions after putting a spit covered thumb in the air.

I see very few conservatives who can carry that mantle or even just a label. Mike Pence in this case was a major disappointment. Its over for Newt, "Cross dressing" Rudy might be Governor but he will never rise higher. Mike Steele was a mistake from day one.

Sure its just my opinion, but I think its shared by a very large number of conservatives.

Is Sarah Palin the only one we can count on??

The Great Washing

36,000 die every year from normal seasonal flu

Yet the government is preparing to shut down the internets most popular websites in case of an 'epidemic' of the so-called "Swine Flu". We need to face the facts that this will only be a pretext for the Obama administration to shut down dissent. The "Swine Flu" has not come close to passing the regular seasonal flu in deaths or illnesses, all of the panic being created is just part of causing the pretext.

"Never waste a crisis" - Rahm Emmanuel

The leftist media is doing their part to create a panic, but that isn't going well... yet.

If a real medical epidemic did cause people to stay home and put real strain on the internet, I could see them quashing internet streaming video and stuff. Any attempt to shut down news forums like Free Republic would be nothing more than Stalinist though.

If they did that I guess they would use the pretext to move against talk radio and other non-leftist media outlets. All in the name of emergency medical containment, of course.

Last week President Obama declared H1N1 a National Emergency

Then we would stuck with the leftwing old media that is, right now, begging to become government-funded media. Does anyone think we would be likely to get real news and unbiased information or even a real diversity of opinion from the Government Times or the Federal Times?

Its a great pretext for a great opportunity to cleanse the nation of opposition media and you can bet mass protests and demonstrations would be banned under the quarantine rules. All for the sake of "public safety" of course.

Why is the left afraid of Doug Hoffman?

Even the American Spectator has noticed that the MoveOn crowd and the Democrats are scared to death that Hoffman could win the NY-23 race.

Why?

Because they think it will inspire and empower the "Palin wing" of the Republican Party, and this is bad news for them. They might pretend, and have their media outlets say, that only moderate and "open tent" Republicans can win elections, but they know this is untrue.

Democrats are not afraid of "moderate" Republicans precisely because they know they can beat them. They are very afraid of conservatives, though.

Conservatives can win by being conservative and not pandering to the dead rodents in the middle of the road.

The Coming Retreat

Obama's dithering on sending more troops for the past months has now tripled the US troop death poll in Afghanistan. This is no accident of course. It has become obvious that the Pres__ent wants to pull out and abandon the poor country to the Islamic extremists.

New Rules of Engagement have made it tougher for our soldiers to defend themselves.

Now they are considering abandoning the countryside and "protecting" the cities. Which is not good with the RoE's that hamstring the soldiers in heavily populated areas. Now we should confine them to those areas where they aren't allowed to shoot?

Why does Obama hate our troops?

The point is to create a situation where the Taliban wins, so he can retreat while making America look as weak as possible.

That's right, Obama wants to retreat.

I hope the girls and women of Afghanistan have enjoyed the freedoms they have had for the past several years, I hope the girls learned something in school. Pretty soon they won't be able to go to school any more and they will be forced back in their burkha's.

Trust me. Obama wants the US to lose this war.

Afghanistan: US death toll highest since war began

Abandoned by their Commander-In-Chief as the General in charge has begged for more troops, troop morale has plunged. The Taliban are emboldened like they have not been since they were pushed from power.

Obama has been too busy declaring war on Fox than to fight against the Taliban.

Obama has been too busy attending fundraisers. Playing golf and appearing on TV programs to make the necessary decisions to support the troops.

Releasing a trial balloon saying the Taliban could become a political party certainly did not help.

Obama has been an absolute failure as a leader. That much has already become clear.

More US troops have been lost in Afghanistan in October than since the war started 8 years ago.

New York says bye to money and hello to poverty

Especially in New York City where about a one in seven has left in the last eight years to escape the high taxes and are replaced by those with lower-income. The city is ever raising its tax rates and this is driving people to find better climates elsewhere.

I know that many will laugh an say unintended consequences, but I tend to doubt they are unintended.

The Unexpected-O's for breakfast again.

Consumer confidence is down... unexpectedly.

It's always "unexpected" when bad economic news comes out, which is at least once or twice per week. Unexpected to whom? Obama and his cultic followers?

Newt WAS the mold and he is broken

In another twisted case of bad reporting Jordan Fabian of The Hill newspaper attempted to paint Newt's endorsement of leftist Dede Scozzafava in New Yorks 23rd district as "breaking the mold". The article was written in such as way as to mis-inform the reader on who endorsed who first. This allowed the writer to paint Newt Gingriches endorsement of the lefty as a response to the conservatives he accuses of trying to "purge" the party.

My question is this, if Scuzzy had a 'D' after her name, would Newt support her? Or would he, if he had said anything, paint her as a wild-eyed liberal extremist?

If the answer is the latter, then that makes Newt nothing more than a party hack, a functionary.

The story had 5 comments when I left mine and now it has 12, but mine is not included. I guess they don't like it when you call out the reporters for their lies. 20 comments and mine are still not on it. Not a suprise.

NY Daily News lying, as usual

On the Friday Rush Limbaugh program the host behind the golden EIB microphone found a satirical blog entry and decided to have some fun with the media. He pointed out that the media standard for reporting had come down to in essence "Fake but accurate".

He proceeded to tell his audience that what he was about to read was unsourced and suspicious, and followed by reading a blog post about a supposed "Obama thesis".

Of course the reporter, Michael Saul, who is writing about this would not know anything because he didn't even listen to the show he scribbles about. I have no doubt that he simply copied and pasted from the left-wing website Media Matters that makes a career of lying and taking quotes out of context. Media Matters if funded by George Soros and launched with help from the leftist Center for American Progress. Hillary once said "We helped launch Media Matters".

"So we have to hold out the possibility that this is not accurate. However, I have had this happen to me recently. I have had quotes attributed to me that were made up, and when it was pointed out to the media that the quotes were made up, they said, "It doesn't matter! We know Limbaugh thinks it anyway." Sort of like Dan Rather said, "I don't care if these documents are forged. I know that Bush did what he did at the National Guard. I don't care if the documents are forged." I don't care if the Limbaugh quotes are made up. So, I can say, "I don't care if these quotes are made up. I know Obama thinks it. You know why I know Obama thinks it? Because I've heard him say it." Not about the Constitution, but about the Supreme Court. Again, 2001, FM radio station interview in Chicago when he was a state senator in Illinois.

BREAK TRANSCRIPT

RUSH: I'm also told that the blog containing the passage on Obama's thesis is a satire blog. So it's one of these sites like ScrappleFace or The Onion or some such thing. So I shout from the mountaintops: "It was satire!" But we know he thinks it. Good comedy, to be comedy, must contain an element of truth, and we know how he feels about distribution of wealth. He's mad at the courts for not going far enough on it. So we stand by the fabricated quote because we know Obama thinks it anyway. That's how it works in the media today".

So again the lies from the left press come from a willingness to be ignorant of the topics they are discussing. Like health-care where they will not read the bill they claim to support and dismiss criticsm from those who have.

Thought Crime on NPR!

NPR reporter and political editor Ken Rudin correctly pointed out the similarities between the Obama administration and the Nixon administration.

"It's not only aggressive, it's almost Nixonesque," Rudin said. "I mean, you think of what Nixon and Agnew did with their enemies list and their attacks on the media; certainly Vice President Agnew's constant denunciation of the media. Of course, then it was a conservative president denouncing a liberal media, and of course, a lot of good liberals said, 'Oh, that's ridiculous. That's an infringement on the freedom of press.' And now you see a lot of liberals almost kind of applauding what the White House is doing to Fox News, which I think is distressing."

That is totally accurate. It is right on the money and its not the first time someone used the comparison this week. The linked article reported that the leftwing NPR audience reacted very negatively to the truthful comparison. So, of course, you knew an apology would come forth.

"I made a boneheaded mistake yesterday," Rudin wrote on his NPR blog. "Comparing the tactics of the Nixon administration -- which bugged and intimidated and harrassed journalists -- to that of the Obama administration was foolish, facile, ridiculous and, ultimately, embarrassing to me. I should have known better and, in fact, I do know better. I was around during the Nixon years. I am fully cognizant of what they did and attempted to do."

Thought-crime on NPR, who would have thunk it?

The problem is that the original comparison was so accurate. Not only did the administration mount an attack on the FOX News Channel but it was a warning to the other channels that they had better not try to act independent. Truly it was a real attack on any and all media that would dare to question or challenge their administration in the future.

But its a thought-crime to say so.

Going Rogue for Hoffman for NY-23

Today has been a banner day for the Doug Hoffman campaign, no only have they been racking up an impressive wave of contributions from across the country but Dick Armey, Michele Bachmann and a slew of conservative blogs. Rush Limbaugh said good things about him and pointed out that his main opponent Dede Scozzafava was on the far left of the Democrat Party much less the Republican Party.

None of these will have the impact of a message posted on FaceBook tonight though. A civilian named Sarah Palin endorsed Doug Hoffman as well. The Scozzafava campaign has been stumbling and tripping of late, not the best of timing. An attempt to hold a press conference in front of the Hoffman headquarters became a debacle.

Political parties must stand for something. When Republicans were in the wilderness in the late 1970s, Ronald Reagan knew that the doctrine of “blurring the lines” between parties was not an appropriate way to win elections. Unfortunately, the Republican Party today has decided to choose a candidate who more than blurs the lines, and there is no real difference between the Democrat and the Republican in this race. This is why Doug Hoffman is running on the Conservative Party’s ticket.

Conservative writers and bloggers across the country have called for Scozzafava to step down.

Newt Gingrich tried to explain his endorsement of Scozzafava:

My endorsement of Dede Scozzafava in the special election for New York’s 23rd Congressional District is a means of regaining a conservative majority in America.

That excerpt is all you need to read. It makes no logical sense whatsoever. How does electing someone on the far left of the Democrat Party help regain a conservative majority? Where is Senator Specter? Where is Jim Jeffords? What has Senator Snowe done for us lately?

Leftwing Republicans who side more with the Democrats are not helping the conservative movement at all. It is hurting us. Did Newt Gingrich not hear about the unprecedented TEA Party turnouts all over the country? Maybe Mr. Gingrich was too busy making environmentalist ads with Sharpton and Pelosi to notice the hundreds of thousands of patriotic Americans who turned out in DC on 9/12?

These people were more angry at the listless, gutless and unprincipled Republican Party than they were at the Democrats. They represented tens of millions of Americans concerned with the direction of this country. The last thing these people, who could make the GOP a real majority party, want to do is elect leftists to Congress. We are tired of pretending that this somehow helps the conservative cause.

It is becoming increasingly clear that the leadership of the "Grand Ol' Party" has no desire to make a principled conservative stand. They have no idea how close the party is to losing its base of activists, volunteers and financial contributors. If something does not change, its the entire TEA Party movement that is going to go rogue.

I guess my name is nobody.

Is anyone really surprised that the leaders of the United States Congress do not even have a basic understanding of the Constitution? It was not a trick question, it was not a tough question.

(CNSNews.com) – Senate Judiciary Chairman Patrick Leahy (D-Vt.) could not explain what part of the Constitution grants Congress the power to force every American to buy health insurance – as all of the health care overhaul bills currently do.

Leahy, whose committee is responsible for vetting Supreme Court nominees, was asked by CNSNews.com where in the Constitution Congress is specifically granted the authority to require every American purchase health insurance. Leahy answered by saying that “nobody questions” Congress’ authority for such an action.

I guess I am one of the million of nobodies out there. There is no Constitutional authority and they know it. They will hem and haw and call you names for asking. How dare you ask such a thing NOBODY questions us!

I'm nobody. We are legion.

Newt attempts to explain

Former House speaker Newt Gingrich tells NRO that he is sure that endorsing Republican Dede Scozzafava in the upcoming special election in New York’s 23rd congressional district was the right thing to do. “I endorsed the Republican who has been endorsed by the National Rifle Association, opposes the Obama health plan, signed the ‘no-tax-increase’ pledge, and supports a comprehensive energy plan like I do,” says Gingrich.

Scuzzy only signed the pledge after weeks and weeks of denouncing it, she was quite proud to oppose the pledge until it looked bad for her polling numbers. Let us remember that it was Scuzzy who put out feelers to the Democrat Party wanting to be their candidate, how is that for party loyalty? In fact, she would violate the pledge in no time at all.

Scuzzy is endorsed by ACORN, the largest union in the state and the radical left Daily KOS.

Third-party candidates like conservative Doug Hoffman, Scozzafava’s challenger, often serve only to divide the GOP, says Gingrich. “Just look at what’s happening in New Jersey’s gubernatorial race,” he says, pointing to the campaign of independent candidate Chris Daggett, who has siphoned support from Republican candidate Chris Christie. “What’s happening in New York and in New Jersey should be a sober warning to every purist in this country.”

What is happening is that conservatives are being ordered to vote for far left candidates and then accused of dividing the GOP. You know what? $#@! you and your bloody poodles, YOU are dividing the Republican Party by putting forth these idiot leftist candidates! They do NOT deserve our votes 'just because'.

Daggett is no conservative either.

“If you seek to be a perfect minority, you’ll remain a minority,” says Gingrich. “That’s not how Reagan built his revolution or how we won back the House in 1994.”

Does anyone else remember Reagan as a raving radical leftist, I don't. If the GOP really feels that way then they should co-nominate the Democrats because that way they can be the majority. Might as well with those kinds of candidates. Reagan ran as a conservative, Reagan created the CONSERVATIVE movement in reality. He didn't do it by supporting socialists.

Scuzzygirl has nothing to bind her to the conservatives and they have zero reason to vote her, that little 'R' is meaningless, she might as well have the 'D' she wanted to have.

Hey Newt, you are nothing but a bloody poodle.

Lie or dare: Racism, Rush and Obama.

The whole debacle of seeing the so-called "news" media latch onto the lies about Rush Limbaugh and running with them without one shred of evidence or fact checking brings to mind some memories from the campaign. The left has to make up lies about conservatives to further their agenda while the truth about leftists remains unreported or played down.

Barack Obama has admitted to being a member of a hate group for 20 years and by all accounts he was a devoted acolyte of Jeremiah Wright. The anti-white, anti-American hate that spewed from the lips of "Reverend" Wright was eaten up by devoted follower Obama. Even when he was away he had tapes of the sermons mailed to him.

Barack Obama, in his own book, admitted to turning away and denying his white side. How often does the media stop to mention he is half white while they call him our first "black" President?

Just imagine all of the digging and reporting that could have been done about Obama's past during those 20 years. Digging that never was done simply because the media is proud to be nothing more than a propaganda wing of the leftist establishment. The actual fact is that 20 years as a member of a hate group should qualify some media in the press when the subject of racism comes up.

Glenn Beck was savaged by the leftist media outlets and faced with a boycott directly launched from the White House itself just because Beck had the temerity to mention Obama's racial animosity. The fact is the media should be backing Beck, for he was telling the truth. Then again the media, holding its hand out for a taxpayers "bailout" is begging to be literally owned by the openly racist President.

Don't you think?

Mis-Government

Vice President Joe Biden is right, we are in a depression. That might have been a slip of a very slippery tongue but it is a lot closer to the truth than saying we are in a recovery. We are not in a recovery while jobs are vanshing by the hundreds of thousands. The left is also trying to tell us to get used to these high unemployment numbers, because its going to be here a long while.

At least until the Republicans, I mean conservatives, win Congress again.

The policies of this administration are not going to help the economy, they will cripple it. It will never improve from where it is now if these proposals become law: "healthcare deform", "Cap N Trade" and "Card Check".

Anyone who believes the health care plan is deficit neutral is just deluding themselves, not even the leaders of Congress believe that pile of warm crap. Why do you think the Senate bill, 1,502 pages, now exempts some "blue" states from MediCare premium increases?

Bored?

Is anyone else bored out there?

Anyone else think that conservatives must get involved and support Doug Hoffman in NY-23?

The very idea that the GOP would handpick a candidate backed by ACORN, unions and Daily Kos should tell us a lot about the establishment. She is no moderate, she is a leftist and the Republican leaders in New York should have known better. The fact that they didn't care is what is amazing. They didn't care what the Republican voters in the district thought. Who are these people?

2 weeks to go. We need conservatives to get involved, we need Rush Limbaugh to bring up the matter. We need Sarah Palin to endorse Hoffman, as the only conservative in a 3-way race in a district held by the Republicans since 1871 or thereabouts.

RNC makes big show of support for leftwinger

What conservative party?

The Republican Party, RNC, is making a big donation to the campaign of Dede Scozzafava in the NY-23 district. This Republican is not even a RINO she is an out and out radical leftist.

endorsed by ACORN, she is radical pro-abortion (won Margaret Sanger Award) and has even been endorsed by other leftwing groups. Everyone knows she is more liberal than the Democrat candidate!

The RNC sends two paid staffers and a 6-digit check.

Newt Gingrich endorsed her.

Anyone who still donates to the RNC is out of their minds. There is absolutely no way any conservative or even a moderate should support or vote for Dede Scuzzyfava. It is time to remove Michael Steele from his post and replace him with a conservative.

Steele is worse than anyone could have expected.

If you live in the NY-23 district, support the Conservative Party candidate Hoffman.

Now that's a quote that is not made up

"We're going to have to, if you're very old, we're not going to give you all that technology and all those drugs for the last couple of years of your life to keep you maybe going for another couple of months. It's too expensive...so we're going to let you die."

quote by: Labor Secretary Robert Reich (Democrat) who is now an economics adviser for Barack Obama.

Just words, just speeches. Destroying America Together.

The spectacle of politicians standing next to a highway construction site talking about "creating" jobs while their policies are destroying many times the jobs they promise to "create" in the future is truly amazing. The media will fawn and praise this noble politician and give him awards for his "just words just speeches".

How many jobs has this country lost this year? 6 million? more?

Raising taxes and creating new stifling regulations while visiting sites for speeches promising to somehow create jobs in the anti-growth atmosphere their policies create is the height of hypocrisy. Don't expect the media to report the facts or ask questions and don't expect the politicians to ever tell the truth. That way you won't be disappointed in them.

So there was Barack Hussein Obama, mmm mmm mmm, standing by the highway for his photo-op promising his Soviet style "stimulus".

They seem to be trying to guarantee no economic recovery. These programs destroy more jobs than they create, creating malinvestments by funneling money from where it would do the most good to where it will benefit politicians.

A simple response to a simple woman

Kathleen Parker, social-climber wrote an article that was carried, among other places, in the daily Houston rag. I am not going to argue with her about the simplistic, meaningless point of her rant but one of the premises.

She states: As the Republican Party continues its pilgrimage through the desert, its leaders may be missing the oasis for the vale of tears.

The clouded woman is missing the forest for the shrubbery. The GOP doesn't need a theme as if it were a Halloween Party. The GOP leaders and RINO's are out in the "desert" because they continue so willingly to ignore their own base. For which the Ditz is a cheerleader as she disses the only right decision John McCain made in his Presidential run: Sarah Palin.

The fact is that the GOP "leadership" leads no one of any real import. The base is made up of conservatives. Something Kathleans lefty wishes would simply go away. So much easier to give liberal advice to the RINO's and spineless "leadership" instead of the rank-and-file who are not easily, and usually not at all, led.

Indeed, if she had been paying attention to the real world outside the beltway....

Dear Moroness Parker,

I doubt that you have allowed yourselves to notice that conservatives are not on pilgrimage through the desert with these so-called Republicans you leave unnamed. No, we have been pounding on the walls of the castle and occasionally launching dead, diseased carcasses inside the city walls.

Van Jones resigned, why? ACORN is on the ropes, why? Fox News is #1 by a huge margin, why? More than a half-million patriots marched on Washington, did you not see any of that? Is your head under the sand? Possibly your burkha is too tight?

We are not out wandering the desert, contrarily, conservatives are out protesting and marching by the hundreds of thousands. The biggest selling books this year will be from Mark Levin and Sarah Palin. Does any of this sound like the conservatives have joined the so-called Republicans out in the desert?

It is just the opposite, oh shrouded lady, we will be coming to your place, the left media soon. They will see and hear from us. Ignore us if you can, but at your own peril.

We are not wandering in the ditzy desert, we are laying seige. Just ignore that big wooden horse we are building outside the gates, thats just our Christmas present. Or is that Valentines Day?

Not shocking, Sen. Snowe votes socialist

Liberal "Republican" Olympia Snowe who routinely votes for leftwing legislation has once again voted with her leftist outlook on politics. She has voted for taxing health insurance, health benefits, medical devices and equipment and to subsidize health insurance for illegal aliens. Apparently she believes that raising taxes will somehow reduce the cost of healthcare, an idea that shows her stupidity.

"When history calls, history calls"

Olympia didn't pick up the phone because history would have told her that socialism fails. Socialism fails everywhere it is tried.

Snowe should just change parties, she would be so much more comfortable with the US Socialist Party along with Bernie Sanders and the Obama administration. I just do not see how she can pretend to be a Republican any more. The Maine GOP should just boot her out of the party, but I doubt they have the fortitude.

Our country faces a never-ending recession/depression and the statists running the country is to spend money like there is no tomorrow. A self-fulfilling prophecy.

DNC official says GOP siding with terrorists for criticism on O's Nobel Prize

You have got to be kidding? This is a joke right?

Apparently not.

Siding with terrorists? Like the Taliban?

Who is it that is cozying up to the Iranians? Syrians? Libyans? Venezuelans? Cubans? North Koreans?

But criticism of a so-called "peace prize" now makes you a terrorism supporter?

Give me a break.

Ig-Noble Award for just showing up

If any didn't think the Nobel Peace Prize was a thoroughly political thing, they after all awarded the same prize to a blood-hungry terrorist named Yassir Arafat, Pres__ent Obama has been given a Nobel Peace Prize.

Nominated on his 12th day in office. What a joke.

Where has he made peace?

Does he get the prize for just showing up?

Will they take the award away if he starts invading countries? or starts slaughtering his own people?

Can anyone name any reason for this man to have been given a peace prize?

White House betrays America: Obama plays "patty cake" with Taliban

I did not think even Obama could be so low. I was refusing to believe this was true, but its now everywhere. Obama is going to declare the Taliban, the freaking Taliban, to be cool with him. So what if they ran the most brutal and oppressive nation on Earth when they were in power?

So what if they have been killing US troops and others since we drove them out of power?

Now we have a traitor in the Oval Office who can overlook a little thing like mass-oppression, executing women in stadiums for going outside without a male relative escort. Go ahead and chop off heads. Go ahead and force women into burkhas. Treat those girls like goats? No more school for you!

Don't you think its a bit sad that an American President thinks it is A-Okay for the modern day Hitlers to "be involved" in Afghan politics. Can you imagine that election campaign? Do you Barack will stay out of the fray like he does in Honduras and Iran?

Oh yes, cannot forget Iran. They oppressed their people. Cracked down on the protesters and even gave some of them show trials and executions. Nope, the US President is above all that, we just want to have a dialogue with the brutal oppressors.

It is the only thing he has done consistently, want to make nice with all the terrorist and brutal leaders around the world. I cannot imagine a more naive or stupid policy for the United States to follow. Barack Obama is neither naive or stupid, this is about politics. Its always about politics because that is all Barack Obama cares about.

Barack Obama is a leftist. A radical leftist. Just look at who he is appointing to his government and you can see it. He wants to play "patty cake" with every terrorist leader and brutal dictator on Earth. For this he is not going to mind if there is mass murder and mass oppression in Afghanistan, Iran, Venezuela or anywhere else. He just wants photo-ops with their leaders.

No way! Obama to make "peace" with Taliban?

Tell me its not possible for the people of this country to fall for something as lame and as stupid as this?

The Obama Administration is considering a declaration that the Taliban is no longer our enemy?

I know its another blog, but this is nuts. I hope its not true. Even the nitwits in charge should be smarter than this. It won't take long for the Taliban to take Afghanistan over and re-impose the burkha's and harsh Islamic laws against the women and men of that country. Its hard to imagine the United States standing down and letting that happen, at least before Barack Hussein Obama, mmmmm mmmmm mmmmm.

Random Stuff

ACORN threw out Republican voter registrations. I am sure that everyone is stunned and shocked that a "non-partisan", tax-funded operation would ever do such a thing.

But Congress voted to cut off funds, right?

Not really.

ACORN has recieved a $1 million grant that is usually given to fire departments. Interesting that leftists always finds a way to funnel tax dollars to their favored groups. How many right-wing groups actually recieve federal funding?

Rep. Maxine Waters says that "many members" of Congress "suffer" from the same problems as tax cheat Charlie Rangel. I suppose this is some kind of defense. Apparently that is suppose to make it better and we should just all stop worrying if our congresscritters are crooks.

I mean the man only Chairs the Ways & Means Committee, the main tax writing body for our government. Why should we expect him to follow the tax laws? Isn't Congress above obeying the law?

I guess she is right, apparently the House has just voted to quash an inquiry along mostly part lines. With 19 voting present and 3 Republicans voting with the Democrats.

If I hear the media talk about a "double dip" recession again I will scream "we're still in the first dip fools". There hasn't been any stall in "the recovery" because there has not been any recovery. Sure the President and others might pretend there is a recovery in order to try and reassure the sheeple that losing 300,000 jobs a month is hunky dory but the press isn't suppose to follow along like little boot-licking puppies.

But that is what they have done since the beginning. They worship this idiot in the Oval Office to the point where they will "fact check" a comedy skit. It is ridiculous, will they fact-check Elmo next week?

Playing doctor at the White House

The Doctors for Obama, and incredible there do seem to be a few, showed up for an event at the White House to be props for the President. True to form the White House passes out white coats to the lefty doctor brigade.

All about image.

They want to make sure that people will see the crowd of white coats on television, knowing the TV channels will gladly help their messia. They want the sheeple to be given the impression that doctors support the ObamaCare strategy. The vast majority do not of course, but the WH stage managers and media know how to manipulate TV viewers.

All about image.

Rush is right. Forget the white coats they should have brought in strait jackets for the Obama White House and Czars.

Virginia attempts to deny soldiers a vote

The state of Virginia has argued in federal court that they can legally send out absentee military ballots the day before the election.

Yet another attempt by the leftist-marxists in this country to deny the military the right to vote while they let the dead and illegal aliens vote. Several times. What ever happened to Voting Rights?

This should be a major scandal!

Celebrating mass murder, New York Style!

The communist revolution in China led to the deaths of more than 20 million people and the enslavement of one of the largest nations on Earth. So maybe it should suprise Americans that the Empire State Building would celebrate their anniversary. Chinese officials were delighted to be on hand when the red and yellow lights were turned on at the top of the building.

How disgusting is this?
